Yannick Bretschneider joined Davis Wills & Trusts PC as an Associate Attorney in 2023 after earning his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of San Diego (USD) School of Law. Yannick focuses on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.

Yannick met his wife, Leila, in law school, and they married in 2023.  They had their first child in 2024 and are excited to continue growing their family together.

Before becoming an attorney, Yannick earned his B.A. in Psychology from San Francisco State University and spent two years living and working in Paris and London.   Overseas, Yannick taught English and German and learned how much he valued working with and helping people.  Yannick speaks French alongside his native languages, German and English.

In his free time, Yannick loves to write and record music, shoot film photography, and play sports, including soccer, snowboarding, and pickleball.
