Founded in 2011.

Jennie Bretschneider has been leading the practice as CEO & Managing Attorney since 2011. Her daughter, Hanna Bretschneider, joined Jennie in 2020, and currently serves as HR, Operations & Marketing Director. In 2022, we expanded our offices and our team greatly: Yannick Bretschneider, Jennie’s son, joined the firm as Associate Attorney after graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law. Isabella Olivo, a UC Davis graduate, started her career with us and is now Paralegal & Estate Planning Specialist. We have since also recruited Matthias Bretschneider, Sari Brumley, who serves as Paralegal & Trust Administration Specialist, Emma Shoemaker, Legal Assistant, Supreet Sandhu, our newest Associate Attorney, who graduated from UC Davis School of Law.
