Davis Wills & Trusts PC was founded in 2011.

Jennie Bretschneider leads the practice as CEO & Managing Attorney. Her daughter, Hanna Bretschneider, joined Jennie in 2020, and now serves as HR, Operations & Marketing Director. In 2022, we expanded our offices and our team: Yannick Bretschneider, Jennie’s son, joined the firm as Associate Attorney. Isabella Olivo, a UC Davis graduate, started her career with us and is now Paralegal & Estate Planning Specialist. We have also recruited Matthias Bretschneider, Sari Brumley, who serves as our Paralegal & Trust Administration Specialist, and Emma Shoemaker, our Legal Assistant and Client Specialist.
